Many individuals often ask, "Why do I keep getting more of the (as they refer to anything unwanted )?" The answer is always the exact same - you get what you shake! Put simply, anything you give your attention, energy and emphasis to, you'll receive more of it. 

People are heard by me say, "But I'm maybe not giving consideration, energy or emphasis to this and I keep attracting more of it." Or, "I know what I want, but hold attracting this (pointing to what they do not want )." 

There are several things to look at if you are interested in why you keep attracting things that you don't need - remember the clear answer is obviously the same - you get what you shake. So, the process would be to uncover what you're doing to create this interest, energy or emphasis to this matter. This is a quick check-off list to simply help you determine what you could be doing to attract more of what you do not need. 

(1) Are you saying what you don't need through the use of 'Don't ', 'Not' and 'No'? 

(2) Are you complaining or worrying all about what you do not need? 

(3) Are you noticing what you don't need? 

In your statement of what you don't need, because time, you are giving it focus, energy and attention, hence getting more of it. Simply by watching it, you are offering a matching vibration to it. And Law of Attraction which can be obedient in every time, may unfold more of the vibrational match into your daily life. 

When you open you wallet and observe how much money you DO or Do not have, then you provide same vibration. When you start your client or customer file case, you learn how many customers you DO or DON'T have, and again, in your observation you provide the same vibration, hence the observation cycle continues. 

It's easy and quick to improve your focus from what you Do not want to what you do want. Everytime you discover you are giving attention to what you do not need consider, "So, what do I want?" Build one clear statement in what it is that you do need and spend a few moments concentrating on THAT thought. You can only just carry one vibration at the same time and this easy exercise helps to ensure that you are now centered on what you do need. 

Remember, seeing what you do not need will cause you to provide the same vibration to it and you'll attract more of the same.
