The almighty rule about group setups. In the form of women:men. The only time it is suitable for there to be a low:high is when it's a guys night out and the woman count is at 0 (or possibly some provided they're lesbians, but that's a whole 'nother issue). High:low is always nice, but 1:1 is sufficient. Unfortunately we always seem to get stuck wtih a low:high.
