Back to my friends concept of sleeping till you wake up naturally. Last summer, I decided to attempt it for a couple of weeks (with the alarm set as backup in case I slept As well late). To do this, I had to go to bed a bit earlier. You know what happened? Except for the one night I stayed up as well late with my girlfriends and woke up too early, I slept among seven and eight hours. I felt fantastic and looked rested. Far more importantly, I became far more tuned into my own bodys sleep requirements. Good lesson.
