One long stretch of road with a large parking lot at the end. Think of it as a box with a long road sticking out of it. You can quite simply park a car there without parking anyone else in for about 8 cars. From there you should be able to do it by only blocking in one person. Señor Douchebag has the ability to, no matter how many people there, park in at least half the cars, if not all. John is one of the few who hold the title of being able to back out of the driveway in the SAV.
