The human body is essentially a of light, which was created first by God's divine intention which created the spirit. The soul's divine purpose to enter the planet of physical form developed the passageway by which God's light may manifest the miracle of pregnancy and birth.
Every one of life is a wonder, and each important heart you encounter is living evidence of God's great love, which made the manifest and un-manifest universes. All possibilities and probabilities occur as One within God's divine mind. Within the infinite realm of probability, God's light exists and earnestly participates within all of life.
God's light can be activated as a healing force within your body, whenever you are ill or wounded. God's light can bring healing, convenience, and can even completely transform even an apparently hopeless condition. Light can develop and open options, and can support all other healing methods you're using.
To activate the current presence of God's light within the body, it's helpful to create a sacred space within your house that can be used for meditation, prayer and healing. Build an altar that conveys your innermost hearts reference to the divine. Keep it simple, clean and place it in an area that may be dedicated to sacred activities.
Spend a few moments each day, or several times a day, quietly praying, meditating or sitting quietly at your ceremony. Over time your altar will develop a vibration of light, and you'll start to feel this when you sit at the altar. The light will help you unwind, and will help you in your healing process.
As soon as your body is fatigued, ill, or wounded, you are able to rejuvenate and replenish your body by sitting or lying in front of one's altar and inhaling God's light. Place your hand over your heart and hope for recovery, and then imagine God's light descending from the heavens and infusing your human body through the most effective of one's mind. Enable the light to move throughout your body, as you breathe.
You'll notice certain areas of the human body that will feel more tense, or that will be keeping pain. Imagine the light deeply infusing these parts, bringing peace, convenience, and warms. The cells of your body learn how to treat themselves, and God's light will stimulate these internal resources of healing.
You'll start to notice changes in your human body and your health, as you do this frequently. The infusion of God's light will begin a procedure of self healing inside you. Often, if your body has been out of place for a very long time, the healing process takes longer because the body needs to re-balance it self on all levels.

As God's light begins this healing process in you, you will find old memories and thoughts form yesteryear re-surfacing. Allow these to pass through your mind. See them, feel them, and then let them go.
