I have worked as a carpet cleaning technician in Rochester, New York for the past 6 years and absolutely swear by the Dry Foam Extraction cleaning process. Experience has taught me it is much better than the steam cleaning process. It is a quick drying carpet and very successful low moisture washing technique. The equipment is manufactured by the Von Schrader Company in Racine, Wisconsin. Theyve held it's place in business since 1935.

How does it work?

The machine provides an even layer of dry foam just ahead of the wash. The dry foam emulsifies (separates) the soil from the rug materials. A gentle cylindrical brush lifts and combs the pile all the method to the foundation of the carpet. The land is then immediately taken with a robust built-in vacuumall in one forward pass.

Some Advantages of the Dry Foam Removal System:

The carpet is cleaned down to the bottom. The total bristle brush pulls the soil in an upward movement to the outer lining.

This loosens any deeply stuck soil. The carpet is Deep Cleaned and the stack looks elevated.

There is a simultaneous dry foam cleanup and machine pick-up all in one single easy step. There's no requirement for separate models.

Mixture is used only a 10 % water by the low moisture-cleaning agent. This prevents the around wetting of the carpet and backing.

No need to bother about rug damage such as for instance browning, shrinkage, buckling, delaminating, and mildew.

Rugs dry easily due to low water storage.

Dry Foam cleaning systems often clean faster than hot water cleaning systems.

The soap is environmentally safe and leaves carpets feeling gentle to the effect. It has a popular fragrance.

The gear is extremely mild on rugs.

Some observations I've made regarding Heated Water or Steam Cleaning systems:

Excessive levels of water are employed by steam cleaning methods. Mats become soaked.

Some carpet fibers can be damaged by hot water. It might also trigger color bleeding, shrinkage, and browning. Spot avoid carpets could lose their weight.

The detergent used in warm water cleaning systems appears to leave a residue that may attract dirt.

More time is required by carpets to dry.

Conclusion:

I've cleaned carpets professionally for quite a while utilising the Dry Foam Cleaning System. I've received a huge selection of compliments from many satisfied clients. Everyone loves it. Its this is the best! website
