Shorts

A pants-like article of clothing, but shorter in length, which is often worn in the summer time. No one knows why, but Phil in brilliant retort will sometimes ask his adversary to "Check his shorts for cake." No one knows what this means but Phil claims to have heard it from the X-Files, so it must be cool.
