Proof Evident is just a recently produced crime fiction novel by attorney and controversial psychologist, John Dicke. The story line is based around a legal case for Judge Avery Jackson who coldly killed Sheriff Hardacre during his speech to 150 city officials. The thing is, Mr. Jackson doesn't have memory of the event at all

Jack Maine leaves the public service and begins an exclusive practice with the assistance of his gifted wife while taking on this difficult and apparently doomed situation. His specific and patient staff includes a master detective and an incredible young beginner attorney both of whom are fully aware they might not view a salary for many time. Jacks enemy may be the quick-witted and well-financed safety team light emitting diode by an lawyer that is set on becoming "seen." Death uses this case every-where. Just once the solicitors feel they're getting somewhere - people start dropping like flies. Soon a CIA scandal is discovered that threatens national security, which powerful people are anxious to cover-up; meanwhile a ring threatens to take control of all facets of the city.

David Dicke addresses the issue of pleading Not Liable By Reason of Insanity, than I had previously recognized which is really a much bigger issue. Even mentioning the plea will turn fully off a jury, who are hardened by the preconception that the plea is over and over repeatedly used to for that reason, and falsely obtain sympathy, get a light sentence for a crime they are guilty of doing.

David also shows the extreme stress of a stressful situation, which can be exhilarating to intrigued lawyers bored with the routine courthouse activities, and the temptations that could destroy those that have significantly more need than sense. Mr. Dicke uses components of real life, historical events including the government scandal.

It's my opinion that Proof Evident is courtroom drama is favored by a book for deep-thinking individuals who - while there is plenty of it. I found myself planning to skip through those sections, but had I done so the ending would have left me surprised and bewildered. I loved the eventful finish and was astonished by a few characters as well. General, I believe John Dicke has created an interesting novel that deserves to be provided with an opportunity by readers with this variety.
