The person that has the great honor of living next to Phil. He also happens to be a man despite not being listed as such.

Maurer is the grandmaster of bonfires. They are so great that Theresa got very angry when she wasn't invited to the first one.
Part of Maurer's yard actually belongs to Phil's parents
It was once a very well guarded secret that his first name is actually Justin.
