A.K.A. "Not It"
Whoever touches their nose last (or the last person left who doesn't touch their nose), must do whatever is declared.
Example- Who's driving?
Some variations include rubbing the chin and tugging on the ear.
Some people, such as Zach, often do not participate in the game for reasons such as preservation of dignity or general obliviousness to surroundings.
